A beauty pageant for talented young girls, the 10th Kid Queen Nepal was held at Nepal Academy Hall on May 12 (Baisakh 30). After 2 months of training sessions and personality development classes and obstacles beating all her contenders, Arya Pokharel took home the crown. Simran Karki and Anusha Ghale were announced as the first and second runner up respectively.
Organised by Nepalese Fashion Home (NFH), the event had increased its number of title awards to 18 in its tenth year. Some of them were: Miss Talent- Arya Maharjan, Miss Best Attire- Mehersa Sharma, Miss Picture Perfect- Mingma Sherpa, Miss Best Smile- Salina Thapa, Miss Best Hair- Jenisha Phagami, Miss Personality- Tsering Dickey Lama, Miss Spontaneous- Anamika Upadhaya, and Miss Discipline- Sara Maharjan.
The show was choreographed by Rohiya maharjan and Bibek Shrestha. Thw winners were awarded with some cash price and gift hampers. The titles winners were also awarded with a iron crown. The show was succesfully ended.
